Library Management

1. There is a Advisory Committee for the library (Library Sub-Committee) that is created by the G.B. It consists of ten members, represented by the full time Assistant Librarian acting as the convenor, four teachers from three different streams of Arts, Science and Commerce, two non-teaching employees and one student in addition to the Principal / Teacher-in-charge who acts as the chairman. Moreover the G.B nominates its one member in the said committee. This Committee looks after the purchase of books, Journals and Equipments and suggests the G.B for necessary measures of development. The budget is prepared for the library is consultation with the convenor finance committee and Bursar. However the U.G.C grant for the library is considered in the said budget for its proper utilization.

2 . All the students having library identity cards and teachers are allowed to use both reading and borrowing facilities from the library along with the use of internet facilities.
