EDUCATIONAL TOURS for the students are common and frequent. The tours are need-based and organised by departments concerned with the approval of the authority.

Forget about books and studies, the Students' Union with active help and participation from the Teaching & Non Teaching Staff, conducts excursions in yearly frequency.

The Media of Class - Teaching is bilingual, both in vernacular Bengali and English. The students also enjoy the liberty of option of the Calcutta University. The question papers are set accordingly.

The academy is result -  oriented, and almost never since its inception has the percentage of successful candidates from the College fallen short of the overall University percentage in various Examinations in different streams. On the contrary, the last few years have seen our students achieving overwhelming success in many a subject in the University Examinations and we pride on them and on the members of the faculties concerned.
